通过调整FeCrNi激光熔覆合金中Creq/Nieq,研究了Creq/Nieq对熔覆层组织和开裂敏感性的影响。研究表明,随合金中Creq/Nieq的增加,熔覆层组织将出现δFe,并逐渐增加;而δFe含量与熔覆层的开裂敏感性有关。
The effect of Creq / Nieq on the microstructure and cracking susceptibility of the cladding layer was investigated by adjusting the Creq / Nieq in the cladded FeCrNi alloy. The results show that with the increase of the content of Creq / Nieq in the alloy, the microstructure of the cladding layer will appear δFe and gradually increase, while δFe content is related to the cracking susceptibility of the cladding layer.
