SY130载重汽车半轴为全浮式半轴,它传递着驱动车轮所需要的扭矩,同时承受来自车轮的制动力矩。此外汽车在突起动及通过颠簸路面时都会受到复杂应力的作用。因此要求其有足够的强度,还需有较高的疲劳强度和较高韧性。按传统观念,这种零件需要进行整体调质处理,以获得优越的综合机械性能,但在实际使用中调质半轴经常发生早期断裂。因此,我们探讨了在热锻后不经任何预处理,而直接进行中频表面强化处理的新工艺。这在国内还是一次新的偿试,目前试验已取得一定效果。
The axle of the SY130 semi-axle is a full-floating half-axle that transmits the torque required to drive the wheels and withstands the braking torque from the wheels. In addition, cars are subject to complex stresses when they are raised and moved through bumpy roads. Therefore requires that they have sufficient strength, but also have higher fatigue strength and higher toughness. According to the traditional concept, this part needs to be quenched and tempered in order to obtain superior overall mechanical properties, but in practical use, quenched and tempered semi-shafts often undergo early fracture. Therefore, we discussed the new process of direct IF surface strengthening without any pretreatment after hot forging. This is still a new test at home, and the test has achieved some results.
