目的:探讨提高门诊结算风险控制水平,提升财务精细化管理的有效手段。方法:借助医院信息系统对门诊结算风险加以控制,引入PDCA质量环模型对实施效果进行持续跟踪改进。结果:形成了结算风险管理、风险控制、风险监测、持续改进为一体的门诊结算风险控制体系。结论:借助PDCA质量环对现有门诊结算风险控制体系进行了梳理改造,提高了财务管理的精细化水平,借助医院信息系统有效降低了结算风险的发生。 Objective: To explore effective ways to improve the risk control of outpatient settlement and improve the financial management. Methods: With the help of hospital information system, the risk of outpatient settlement was controlled and PDCA quality circle model was introduced to improve the implementation effect continuously. Results: The Outpatient Settlement Risk Control System has been formed with settlement risk management, risk control, risk monitoring and continuous improvement. Conclusion: With the aid of PDCA quality ring, the existing outpatient settlement risk control system has been improved and the level of financial management has been refined. With the help of hospital information system, the settlement risk has been reduced effectively.
