健康雄性Wistar大鼠,开胸手术后,结扎左冠状动脉主支5min。解除结扎10min,造成心脏缺血-再灌流模型。人参叶茎总皂甙每次用量为100mg·kg~(-1),于开胸前24h及1h腹腔注射各一次。等量溶剂(生理盐水)同法注射作对照。用RM—6000型多道生理记录仪检测下列心脏功能指标:左室收缩压峰值(LVSP),左室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dt max)和最大降低速率(-dp/dt max),左室舒张末期压(LVEDP),心率及ECGⅡ导程。同时测尾动脉血压。实验证明,人参叶茎总皂甙显著改善缺血-再灌流心脏功能并降低心律紊乱发生率及死亡率。
Healthy male Wistar rats were subjected to thoracotomy and the left main coronary artery was ligated for 5 min. Releasing the ligation for 10 minutes resulted in a cardiac ischemia-reperfusion model.
