针对实验室常规土工渗透设备在水泥土渗透特性测试中存在的缺陷,提出了双管线柔性壁渗透仪测试水泥土渗透特性的新方法。该设备利用橡胶膜包裹试样,在周围水压力作用下实现试样的密封,水力系统构造了四根管线通往试样,达到促使试样饱和及快速、彻底消除气泡的目的。利用该设备对长江口某河口水库的水泥土芯样进行了4种水力梯度下渗透系数的测试,得到了渗流速度随水力梯度变化的规律,验证了水泥土的渗流流态为线性层流,服从Darcy定律。另外,通过该设备模拟现场情况可进行特定条件下的水泥土渗透特性的测试。
Aiming at the defects in the test of infiltration of cement-soil by conventional geotechnical infiltration equipment in laboratory, a new method for testing the infiltration of cement-soil by flexible pipe permeability tester with double-pipelines is proposed. The device uses a rubber membrane wrapped specimen, the sample under water pressure around the seal, the hydraulic system constructed four lines leading to the sample, to promote the sample saturated and rapid, completely eliminate the purpose of the bubble. By using this equipment, the hydraulic conductivity of cement-soil core sample of a Hekoukou reservoir in the Changjiang Estuary was tested, and the law of seepage velocity with hydraulic gradient was obtained. The seepage flow of cement-soil was linear laminar flow, Follow Darcy’s law. In addition, through the device to simulate the scene can be carried out under certain conditions, soil cementing properties of the test.
