本文给出高T_C超导体和薄膜的表面阻抗的理论计算,在W波段(65~110GHz)的谐振测量法和实验装置——介质管——超导谐振器和高斯波束激励带光栅的准光开放腔,并对测量结果进行了讨论。
In this paper, the theoretical calculation of the surface impedance of high T_C superconductors and thin films is given. In the W-band (65 ~ 110GHz) resonance measurement and the quasi-optical openness of the experimental device - dielectric tube - superconducting resonator and Gaussian beam excitation grating Cavity, and the measurement results were discussed.
