The author analyzed the changes of peroxidase isozymes in 18 progeny shoots of 13 combinations of tomato by using zymography. Three samples were taken in order of growth. Zymogram performance can be divided into two types, four subtypes, namely: the first type (F type) showed the first sampling band number, strong enzyme activity. In F-a subtype, the number of enzyme bands increased from the first sampling to the second sampling, and the enzyme activity also increased. However, the number of enzyme bands in the third sampling was decreased and the enzyme activity was also weakened compared with the second sampling . F-b subtype showed that the number of bands increased from the first sampling to the third sampling, and the enzyme activity continued to be strong. The second type (S-type) showed the first sampling band with a few, weak enzyme activity. S-a subtype showed that the number of bands increased from the first sampling to the third sampling, and the enzyme activity was enhanced. The subtype S-b showed a small change in the number of bands from the first sample to the third sample, and the enzyme activity was also weaker. The relationship between parental zymogram and heterosis was discussed experimentally. High-priority combination of the father of mostly F-type, mostly female parent S-type. The difference between the two parents of the zymogram appropriate, the third sample of the two parents zymogram scanning curve painted in the same coordinates were multi-point cross. Low-quality combination is no such cross. These can open up a new way for parents to utilize hybrid heterosis and predict early work.
