在我国企业中,中小企业所占的比例是比较大的,中小企业对国民经济的贡献已为世人所公认。但其抵抗风险的能力较弱,近些年来,中小企业倒闭破产的有很多,战略管理的缺失是中小企业倒闭的重要因素。因此,中小企业只有具有合理的战略管理,才能保障企业的可持续发展。本文针对中小企业在战略管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了增强企业战略管理的对策。 Among the enterprises in our country, the proportion of SMEs is relatively large, and the contribution of SMEs to the national economy has been recognized by the world. However, its ability to resist risks is weak. In recent years, there have been many bankruptcies of SMEs. The lack of strategic management is an important factor in the collapse of SMEs. Therefore, SMEs only have a reasonable strategic management, in order to protect the sustainable development of enterprises. This article analyzes the existing problems of SMEs in strategic management and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance their strategic management.
