一、前言苏联曾在七十年代作过脂肪酸甲酯混合馏份Cu—zn催化体系加氢制醇的动力学研究(1),但该报导对其催化反应机理及除烷烃外的付反应,未曾作过探讨与介绍,迄今为止,对于单一碳数的脂肪酸甲酯在Cu—Zn催化剂上加氢的动力学研究国内外尚未见报告发表。我们发现,在生产中出现的一些有分歧的看法或不能解释的问题均属于动力学研究范畴。我们通过这项工作,希望对生产实践有一定的指导意义。该项工作采用了脂肪酸甲酯单馏份作实验的方法,对其脂肪酸甲酯制醇的动力学特征进行了研究,并设计其反应网络,推导反应机理,借助于微型计算机进行数据处理,描述了该反应的动力学方程,对各种付反应作了进一步的观察和探讨。 I. The reaction network was designed and the reaction mechanism was deduced. The data were processed by microcomputer and described The kinetic equation of the reaction, the reaction of various paid further observation and discussion.
