一、盆角齿轮啮合不良的响声盆角齿轮(盆形齿轮和主动齿轮)齿面接触位置不对或齿面啃伤会发出一种不均匀的“哽哽哽”的响声(类似在车床上切削较大的钢件时吃刀量过大而发出的声音),发生这种响声的车速:载货汽车一般在40~50km/h;进口小型汽车多在60km/h。盆角齿轮的异响与其所承受的负荷关系很大,重车爬坡时响声变大,而车辆滑行时一般不响。产生异响的原因有:(1)盆角齿轮齿面接触位置调整不当或齿侧间隙过小,使齿轮有发啃现象。因此在调整盆角齿轮时首先要保证正确的啮合印迹,在此前提下调整齿侧间隙;(2)拆装后桥时改变了盆角齿轮原齿面接触位置。例如有1台伏尔加轿车大修前后桥无异响,拆检时未标记角齿调整垫位置,
