采用福尔马林灭活的温和气单胞菌菌苗免疫接种南方大口鲶,通过测定受免疫鱼血清中凝集抗体效价、血液中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性、ANAE阳性率,探讨了南方大口鲶对温和气单胞菌的免疫反应。结果表明,免疫1,2,3,4,5,6周后的凝集抗体效价,平均值分别是1∶32.0,1∶128.0,1∶243.2,1∶665.6,1∶358.4,1∶230.4,抗体水平在第4周达到高峰,而对照组为1∶4~8;血液中α-醋酸萘脂酶染色(ANAE)阳性率在免疫后第1周后就明显上升,在第5周后达到高峰,与免疫前差异极显著;血液吞噬细胞吞噬活性测定结果显示,免疫后第4周吞噬率最高达28.0%,1~6周免疫组平均为21.5%,对照组为17.4%。受免疫鱼的免疫保护力达84%。
