穿黄隧洞是南水北调中线总干渠上穿越黄河的水工输水隧洞,隧洞使用双层衬砌结构,如何评价双层衬砌相互作用是设计的关键问题。为了解决这个问题,从讨砌接头荷载试验入手,通过对大量试验数据的整理、分析,抽象出接头的力学模型,对接头的荷载试验进行数值模拟,建立了接头抗弯刚度的理论评价方法和双层衬砌接头的相互作用模型,并用试验数据对模型的正确性和准确度进行对比验证;将管片接头试验和双层衬砌接头试验中建立的接头力学模型推广应用到整环衬砌受力计算中,从而得到了圆形装配式一次衬砌的计算模型和装配整体式双层衬砌的受力计算模型。研究工作取得了如下的成果: (1)对大量试验数据进行分析处理,总结了管片接头荷载试验的各种实测数据的变化规律,提出了接头抗弯刚度的经验计算公式。 (2)根据预制式管片接头的构造特点,抽象出接头的力学模型,建立了接头抗弯刚度的数值模拟模式和装配式一次衬砌整环受力计算的梁-非线性弹簧模型。 (3)推导了根据实测钢筋应力计算双层衬砌截面内力分配的公式。根据双层衬砌接合面结构处理方式的不同,提出了3种双层讨砌相互作用模型,并用试验结果对模型的准确性进行了验证。 (4)对于装配整体式双层衬砌,根据外管片施工后外部水土压力?
Crossing the Yellow River Tunnel is a water conveyance tunnel across the Yellow River on the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The tunnel uses double-lining structure. How to evaluate the interaction of double-layer lining is a key issue in design. In order to solve this problem, starting from the load-bearing test of the joint, the mechanics model of the joint is analyzed, and the load test of the joint is numerically simulated by analyzing and abstracting a large amount of test data. The theoretical evaluation method of the joint flexural rigidity is established. Double-layer lining joint interaction model and verify the correctness and accuracy of the model with the test data; the mechanical model of the joint established in the joint of the pipe joint test and the double-layer lining joint test is popularized and applied to the calculation of the stress of the entire lining lining , The calculation model of the circular assembly-type primary lining and the force calculation model of the integral double-layered lining are obtained. The research work has achieved the following results: (1) A large number of experimental data are analyzed and processed, and the variation rules of various measured data of the pipe joint load test are summarized. The empirical formula of bending stiffness of the joint is proposed. (2) According to the structural characteristics of the prefabricated pipe joint, the mechanical model of the joint is abstracted, and the numerical simulation model of the bending stiffness of the joint and the beam-nonlinear spring model of the prestressed lining joint are established. (3) The formula for calculating the internal force distribution of double-layer lining is deduced according to the measured steel stress. According to the different treatment methods of double-layer lining joint structure, three kinds of double-layer building interaction model are proposed, and the experimental results verify the accuracy of the model.
