水稻M_1代性状变化与M_2代变异频率的关系

本试验研究了水稻M1代性状与M2代变异频率的关系。试验结果表明,M2的总变异频率,以M1代结实率40—50%组、抽穗晚的组和秧苗矮的组出现的频率较高。M2代早熟变异则以M1代结实率90%以上组、早熟组和秧苗矮的组出现的频率较高。M2代矮秆变异则以M1代结实率20%以下组、迟熟组和矮苗组出现的频率较高,根据这些结果,我们可按不同的育种目标,从M1代中选取相关性状的植株,提高M2代的选择效果。 This study investigated the relationship between M1 generation traits and M2 mutation frequency. The results showed that the frequency of total variation of M2 was higher in 40-50% of M1 generation, but higher in late heading and low-seedling groups. In the M2 generation, the rate of seedling maturity was more than 90% in the M1 generation, while the frequency in the precocious group and the seedling short group was higher. According to these results, we can select the plants with the related traits from the M1 generation according to different breeding objectives , Improve the choice of M2 generation effect.
