目的:研究大孔树脂分离纯化紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E的工艺。方法:采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E进行吸附纯化,并采用HPLC,以紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E含量和收率为参考指标综合评价。结果:优选纯化工艺为,上样液的质量浓度0.5 g·mL-1,吸附流速2 BV·h-1,洗脱剂30%乙醇,用量9 BV,洗脱流速1 BV·h-1。结论:刺五加提取物通过AB-8树脂,30%乙醇洗脱部位,可使紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E的收率和质量分数达到满意效果。
Objective: To study the separation and purification of syringin and acanthopanax E by macroporous resin. Methods: Syringin and acanthopanax E were adsorbed and purified by AB-8 macroporous resin. The contents of linalool glycoside and eleutheroside E were determined by HPLC. Results: The optimal purification process was as follows: the mass concentration of the sample solution was 0.5 g · mL-1, the adsorption flow rate was 2 BV · h-1, the eluent was 30% ethanol, the dosage was 9 BV and the elution flow rate was 1 BV · h-1. CONCLUSION: Acanthopanax senticosus extract achieves satisfactory results with yield and mass fraction of syringin and acanthopanax E through the elution of AB-8 resin and 30% ethanol.
