随着全球经济的高速发展,企业所面对的外部政治经济环境发生了深刻的变革。企业之间的竞争已逐渐转变为供应链之间的竞争,因此国内外各企业越来越重视供应链发展和管理。其中,供应链绩效评价是供应链管理的重要组成部分,然而目前供应链绩效评价的方法比较少,也不完善。比如常使用的层次分析法比较依赖于人们的经验,主观因素的影响很大,而且比较结果不精确,不能用于精度要求较高的决策问题。本文将使用数据包络分析(DEA)研究供应链绩效评价体系。首先介绍了数据包络分析(DEA)及其特点,然后以消耗-产出型供应链为例解释了基于DEA的供应链绩效评价的过程。评价绩效时,先采用C2R和B2C模型计算出供应链的整体有效值θ、技术有效值V和规模有效值Q,之后运用极效率DEA模型对DEA有效的供应链进行排序。最后,总结本文研究,同时提出基于DEA模型绩效评价体系的不足和可改进办法。
With the rapid development of the global economy, the external political and economic environment faced by enterprises has undergone profound changes. The competition among enterprises has been gradually transformed into competition among supply chains. Therefore, enterprises at home and abroad pay more and more attention to supply chain development and management. Among them, the supply chain performance evaluation is an important part of supply chain management, however, the current supply chain performance evaluation methods are less and not perfect. Such as the commonly used analytic hierarchy process more dependent on people’s experience, subjective factors have a great impact, and the results are not accurate, can not be used for decision-making problems with higher accuracy requirements. This article will use data envelopment analysis (DEA) to study supply chain performance evaluation system. Firstly, DEA and its characteristics are introduced. Then the consumption-output supply chain is taken as an example to explain the process of DEA-based supply chain performance evaluation. When evaluating the performance, C2R and B2C models are used to calculate the overall RMS, the RMS and the Q of the supply chain, and then use the DEA model to rank the effective supply chains of DEA. Finally, the paper summarizes the research, at the same time, it puts forward the insufficiency of the performance evaluation system based on DEA model and the ways to improve it.
