分子遗传学技术的发展使得我们对与遗传有关疾病的认识达到了新的境界。通过产前对个体所携有的基因多态型的研究可以对某些疾病进行早期预测,从而达到预防、优生优育的目的。酒精脱氢酶2基因就是一个鲜明的例子,个体带有的基因型不同其表现型也不同,它与胎儿酒精综合征、胎儿酒精效应及酒精相关疾病存在着一定联系。为此本文采用限制性片段长度多态性分析技术研究酒精脱氢酶2的基因,根据基因的变化、筛选出敏感人群为胎儿酒精综合征的预防提供基础依据
The development of molecular genetics technology has brought us to a new level of understanding of genetic diseases. Through prenatal genetic polymorphism carried by individuals can be some early prediction of disease, so as to achieve the purpose of prevention, prenatal and postnatal care. The alcohol dehydrogenase 2 gene is a striking example. Individuals with different genotypes also have different phenotypes, which is associated with fetal alcohol syndrome, fetal alcohol effects, and alcohol-related illnesses. In this study, we used restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to study the gene of alcohol dehydrogenase 2. According to the changes of genes, we screened the sensitive population to provide the basis for the prevention of fetal alcohol syndrome
