目的探讨分析临床上对周期性输注化疗药物的恶性肿瘤患者分别采用手动推注生理盐水柱法与自然垂降生理盐水柱法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的实际效果,为评价选出经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的最佳方法提供科学依据。方法随机选取70例2014年1月至2016年1月在接受治疗的需要放置三向瓣膜式PICC的周期性输注化疗药物的恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表的方法将研究对象分为实验组(35例)和对照组(35例),实验组采用手动推注生理盐水柱法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图,对照组采用自然垂降生理盐水柱法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图,观察分析两种方法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的临床实际效果。结果在波型中断、所需生理盐水的量及操作方便快捷等方面,对照组均明显优于实验组(P均<0.05);实验组和对照组置管后经X线胸片检查,导管头端位置正常的比率分别为80.00%和94.29%,导管头端位置最佳的比率分别为68.57%和80.00%,对照组均略高于实验组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论临床上对周期性输注化疗药物的恶性肿瘤患者采用自然垂降生理盐水柱法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图操作简单方便,安全性高,重复性好,头端定位准确,心电图波形好且连续稳定,各类人群普遍适用。
