将板式换热器与蒸发冷却技术相结合,提出采用全膜流板式蒸发冷却器代替冷却塔,解决冷却塔难以设置的问题。对该设备在气液顺流、逆流、叉流条件下的传热性能进行模拟计算,结果表明,叉流条件下局部Nu最大,其次为顺流,逆流最小。通过对计算结果和安装运行的综合分析,提出地铁排风道水平段为全膜流板式蒸发冷却器的最佳设置方案,为该设备的实际应用提供了参考依据。
Combining the plate heat exchanger and evaporative cooling technology, a full film flow plate evaporative cooler is proposed instead of the cooling tower to solve the problem that the cooling tower is difficult to set up. The heat transfer performance of the device under the conditions of gas-liquid co-current, counter-current and cross-flow was simulated. The results show that the local Nu is the largest under the cross-flow conditions, followed by the co-current and the countercurrent. Through the comprehensive analysis of the calculation results and the installation and operation, the horizontal section of the subway exhaust duct is put forward as the optimal setting scheme of the full membrane flow plate evaporative cooler, which provides a reference for the practical application of the equipment.
