淫羊藿甙是从朝鲜淫羊藿中提取的主要单体。采用依赖细胞株法和乳酸脱氢酶4h释放法，分别检测了淫羊藿甙协同诱生IL－2、IL－3、IL－6，及对NK、LAK细胞杀伤活性的影响。结果表明：建羊藿甙可协同PHA诱导扁桃体单个核细胞产生IL－2、3、6呈剂量依赖关系，动力学观察表明：IL－2、IL－6的分泌高峰时相为作用后48h，IL－3的分泌高峰时相为作用后72h。淫羊藿甙可以提高扁桃体单个核细胞NK、LAK细胞杀伤活性；动力学观察表明：在诱导第5天时LAK细胞杀伤活性最强。提示淫羊藿甙是一种有效的生物反应调节剂。
Epimedium is the main monomer extracted from Korean Epimedium. Using the dependent cell strain method and the lactate dehydrogenase 4h release method, Epimedium was induced to synergistically induce IL-2, IL-3, and IL-6 levels and their effects on killing activity of NK and LAK cells. The results showed that Jian Yang Qi could induce PHA to induce the production of IL-2, 3, 6 in tonsil mononuclear cells in a dose-dependent manner. Kinetic observation showed that the peak of IL-2 and IL-6 secretion was 48 h after the action. The peak of IL-3 secretion was 72 hours after acting. Epimedium can increase the killing activity of NK and LAK cells in tonsil mononuclear cells. Kinetic observations showed that LAK cells had the strongest cytotoxic activity on the fifth day of induction. Tips Epimedium is an effective biological response modifier.
