一个政党具备充足的合法性基础,取得广泛的社会认同,才能充分调动社会资源,运用多种手段和方法动员民众积极投身于执政党所倡导的行动中,从而实现其目的.合法性建设是政党长期存在和发展的前提条件,是执政党现代化的必然要求.对当代中国执政党既要看到其合法性资源的广泛性,同时还要明白政党的执政合法性会随着社会的变迁不可避免的发生着流失和增减,及其现在所面临的挑战.所以我们要充分借鉴现代西方政党政治成功经验,结合我国的实际情况,以宪政制度为核心,从价值取向和实现途径俩方面着手,全方位探索合法性建设的途径.
