为了找出产生结疤缺陷的原因并为生产工艺改进提供指导,对CSP热轧成品表面结疤缺陷进行了分析研究。通过对F1道次轧制坯和成品进行低倍组织观察、金相观察等分析时发现,表面结疤缺陷与原铸坯中产生的细小孔洞和铸坯内部裂纹有关,近表面气孔在轧制前或轧制过程中暴露时,随着轧制的进行,气孔就在成品板表面表现出舌头状或指甲状的结疤缺陷。未暴露的气孔或内部裂纹在成品中被压合或沿轧制方向呈线状缺陷。
In order to find out the causes of scarring defects and provide guidance for the improvement of production process, the scarring defects on the surface of CSP hot rolled products were analyzed.
