试验对台湾种龙须菜多糖的提取工艺进行研究,主要比较超声波浸提和热水浸提2种工艺。结果表明,超声波提取优于热水提取,其提取率最高达到29.75%,大于热水提取19.6%。通过对超声波提取主要影响因素的正交试验确定超声波处理的最佳工艺参数为超声波功率为160W、超声波时间为6min、水料比为60∶1。
Experiments were conducted to study the extraction process of polysaccharides from Asparagus officinalis L. in Taiwan. The two technologies were compared, ie ultrasonic extraction and hot water extraction. The results show that ultrasonic extraction is superior to hot water extraction, the extraction rate is up to 29.75%, which is larger than hot water extraction 19.6%. Through the orthogonal experiment of extracting the main influencing factors of ultrasonic, the optimum parameters of ultrasonic treatment are: ultrasonic power is 160W, ultrasonic time is 6min, water to material ratio is 60:1.
