目的探讨DSA联合CT引导下经皮肝穿刺兔VX2肝癌模型制作的可行性。方法 40只新西兰白兔随机分成A、B两组,每组20只,A组在DSA联合CT引导下将兔VX2肿瘤组织块经皮肝穿刺接种于兔左肝内,B组通过开腹法种植VX2肿瘤组织块,于接种后第2周、4周行全身MR检查,后处死实验兔行原位、异位肿瘤肉眼观察。结果A组建模成功率90%,有1只出现异位种植,未发现腹水及死亡,平均手术时间(17.3±5.2)min;B组建模成功率85%,有3只出现腹水,2只死亡,无异位种植发生,平均手术时间(50.7±11.3)min,,两组手术时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DSA联合CT引导下经皮肝穿刺制作兔VX2肝癌模型方法简单、建模成功率高、手术操作时间短。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of DSA combined with CT guided percutaneous transhepatic rabbit VX2 liver cancer model. Methods 40 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups A and B, 20 in each group. Group A received percutaneous liver puncture of rabbit VX2 tumor tissue under the guidance of DSA and CT. The VX2 tumor mass was planted. Whole body MR examination was performed at the second week and the fourth week after inoculation. The rabbits in the experimental group were examined by naked eyes in situ and ectopic. Results The success rate of modeling in group A was 90%. One patient had ectopic implantation and no ascites was found. The average operation time was 17.3 ± 5.2 min. The success rate of modeling in group B was 85%, three ascites and 2 Only death, no ectopic implantation occurred, the average operation time (50.7 ± 11.3) min, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The method of DSA combined with CT guided percutaneous transhepatic puncture in rabbit VX2 liver cancer model is simple, the success rate of modeling is high, and the operation time is short.
