INTRODUCTION Recent clinical data indicate that chemotherapy with isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutant gliomas in combination with alkylating agents procarbazine, cycloheximide, and the microtubule drug vincristine (PCV chemotherapy) is particularly sensitive.
