研究了用粉末热锻工艺制备耐热铝基复合材料的过程以及SiC颗粒增强Al -Fe -V -Si耐热铝基复合材料的力学性能和室温、中温耐磨性。研究结果表明 ,SiC颗粒提高了复合材料强度和耐磨性 ,在 2 50℃以下为轻微磨损 ,达到 30 0℃时由于机制改变而发生严重磨损
The process of preparing heat-resistant aluminum matrix composite by powder hot forging process and the mechanical properties of SiC particle reinforced Al-Fe-V-Si heat-resistant aluminum matrix composites and the wear resistance at room temperature and medium temperature were studied. The results show that the SiC particles improve the strength and wear resistance of the composites, with slight wear below 250 ℃.
