对自行设计的插入式微槽道散热进行数值计算。重点研究了影响散热效果、槽道阻力的3个主要因素:流量、流体工质类型和插入肋片的接触方式。通过正交方法进行数值计算,给出了最优的槽道设计方式、流量和流体工质的组合,并计算了各个因素对散热效果的显著性水平。通过计算耗时和成本的比较,说明数值正交方法在优化设计方法上的优势。
On the design of the inserted micro-channel heat dissipation numerical calculation. Three main factors that affect the cooling effect and the channel resistance are studied emphatically: the flow rate, the type of fluid and the contact method of inserting the fins. Through the numerical calculation by the orthogonal method, the optimal design method of the channel, the combination of the flow rate and the fluid working fluid are given, and the significance of each factor on the heat dissipation effect is calculated. By comparing the time-consuming and cost-saving, the numerical quadrature method is introduced to optimize the design method.
