人力资源管理是每个国家的企业都需要面对的课题。目前,我国企业的人力资源管理,随着社会主义市场经济的日渐完善,受到了高度的重视。中小企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要力量,我国正致力于中小企业的发展,中小企业在其发展过程中有很多问题需要解决,而人力资源管理问题居于首位。
Human resources management is a problem that every country’s enterprises need to face. At present, the management of human resources of enterprises in our country has been given a high priority with the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy. Small and medium-sized enterprises are important forces in national economy and social development. Our country is devoted to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
