采用数学模型对四机架和五机架冷连轧机组的非稳定性进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:在最末机架内存在轧制力不稳定、第1机架内轧制力矩和轧制功率不稳定的规律。从工艺参数的稳定性来看,五机架与四机架冷连轧机相比其优点并不是很明显。
The mathematical model was used to simulate the unsteady of four-stand and five-stand tandem cold rolling mill. The calculation results show that there is a regularity that the rolling force is unstable and the rolling torque and rolling power in the first stand are unstable in the last stand. From the stability of process parameters, five-rack and four-stand tandem cold mill compared to its advantages are not obvious.
