随着社会经济的快速发展,我国医疗卫生事业竞争日渐激烈,员工绩效管理作为人力资源管理中重要的内容,对激发医院员工工作的积极性和创造性、提高医院竞争力具有十分重要的意义。因此在医院绩效考评与管理中,医院相关部门应结合自身发展的实际情况,实施绩效工资制,以适应扁平化的组织结构,从而提高医院整个素质水平,促进医院健康、可持续发展。
