脑血流图(REG, rheoencephalography)检查是一种客观估价血管机能和供血状况的生物物理技术,自五十年代以来广泛应用于血管、神经系统疾病的检查。近年来在职业医学的研究上也有报道,试图用来观察某些职业性因素对机体的影响及对脑血管的毒性作用,寻求诊断职业病的早期灵敏指标。本文报道了锰、微波、高压电、氟作业工人的脑血流图变化。
The blood rheology (REG) examination is a biophysical technique that objectively evaluates vascular function and blood supply. It has been widely used in vascular and neurological diseases since the 1950s. In recent years, there are reports on occupational medical research, trying to observe the influence of certain occupational factors on the body and the toxic effects on cerebrovascular and seek early and sensitive indicators for diagnosis of occupational diseases. This paper reports the change of cerebral blood flow in workers exposed to manganese, microwave, high voltage and fluorine.
