脓毒症是患者常见的死亡原因之一。脓毒症的发生、发展与感染、炎症、免疫和凝血紊乱等有关,涉及大量细胞、炎性介质及凝血系统的激活。脓毒症时形成的凝血-炎症网络是脓毒症病理生理的关键环节。在脓毒症的病理生理过程中产生多种生物标志物(如经典的炎症反应标志物、炎性因子、内皮细胞损伤标志物以及凝血异常标志物),这些标志物不仅有利于脓毒症的早诊断和病情评估,而且对于指导治疗和预后判断意义重大。“,”Sepsis is one of the common causes of death .The occurrence and development of sepsis is associated with infection,inflammation,immune and blood coagulation disorders,involving a large number of cells,inflammatory mediators and the activation of blood coagulation system .The network between coagula-tion-inflammation is a key in the pathophysiology of sepsis .A variety of biomarkers produced from the patho-physiology of sepsis, such as classical inflammation markers, inflammation factors, endothelial cell injury markers and abnormal blood coagulation markers,are not only beneficial to the early diagnosis of sepsis and estimation of the septic development ,but also play an important role in the treatment and prognosis judgment .
