我厂反射爐以碱性耐火材料筑成,爐底用鎂砂。氧化亚铁的混合耐火材料,配以铁管充填結实烧結成。爐溫一般保持在1350℃左右,最高达到1420℃。火仓面积与爐床面积的比例为1∶4.6,与烟道切面积的比例为4∶1;爐床长度与宽度的比例为2∶1;爐瞠气流速度4～6米/秒;烟道气流速度6～80米/秒;每小时每平方米爐条面积的燃煤量为140～180公斤;烟道負压6～8毫米。燃烧用鼓风机风压300～500毫米水柱,风量25～40米~3/分;二次空气用鼓风机风压500～820毫米水柱,风量35～50米~3/分;吹风机用鼓风机风压3300～3500毫米水柱,风量25～50米~2/分。冰銅化学成份如表1,銅鉄合金化学成份
