本文结合多年的教学实践经验,针对独立学院的发展特点,结合广西大学鹿山学院土木工程系转型建设,对在转型发展下人才培养定位、专业建设及存在困难进行了探析。致力于培养适应土建行业需求,德、智、体全面发展,掌握土木工程学科的基本理论和基本知识,获得土木工程师基本训练的应用型中、高级工程技术和管理人才。
Combining with many years of teaching experience, according to the characteristics of independent colleges and the transformation of civil engineering department of Lu Shan University, Guangxi University, this paper probes into the talent cultivation orientation, specialty construction and existing difficulties under the transformation development. Committed to training to adapt to the needs of civil engineering industry, Germany, Chile, all-round development of body, master the basic theory and basic knowledge of civil engineering, civil engineering to obtain basic training of the application of advanced engineering and management personnel.
