目的:探讨蹄叶橐吾地上部分乙醇提取物对小鼠急性酒精中毒的保护作用。方法:采用一次ig给予56度白酒,记录小鼠翻正反射消失(醉酒)至恢复(醒酒)所需时间(min)及采用52度白酒ig复制小鼠急性乙醇中毒模型,并检测其血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三脂(TG)含量和肝组织中ALT、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及MDA,TG含量,观察蹄叶橐吾对小鼠急性乙醇中毒的保护作用。结果:与模型组相比,蹄叶橐吾组小鼠出现翻正反射消失(醉酒)的潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05),醒酒时间明显缩短(P<0.05);蹄叶橐吾组小鼠血清及肝组织中TG含量及ALT活性均明显降低,GSH-Px活性明显增高。结论:蹄叶橐吾对小鼠急性乙醇中毒有一定预防性的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of ethanol extract of Ligustrum lucidum on the acute alcoholism in mice. Methods: The 56-degree white wine was administered once to record the time required for recovery (sober) and the model of acute alcoholism in mice with ig (52% ALT activity and malondialdehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG) content and ALT, GSH-Px activity and MDA, TG content in liver tissue, To observe the protective effect of Ligustrum lucidum on acute alcoholism in mice. Results: Compared with the model group, the latency of turning-off reflex disappeared (P <0.05), the time of sober-up was significantly shorter (P <0.05), and the serum and liver tissue of mice TG content and ALT activity were significantly reduced, GSH-Px activity was significantly higher. Conclusion: Ligustrum lucidum has some preventive effect on acute alcohol poisoning in mice.
