针对红外、超导应用的迫切需求,本文对工作温度为60 K的同轴型脉冲管制冷机进行优化设计。对调相机构的不同组合进行实验研究,获得了该脉冲管制冷机的最佳调相方式;对蓄冷器内丝网的填充方式进行研究,确定了60 K制冷机中蓄冷器丝网的填充方式。制冷机在输入功率250 W,热端温度310 K时,在60 K可以获得5.71 W的冷量,相对卡诺效率达到9.52%。
For the urgent needs of infrared and superconducting applications, this paper optimizes the coaxial pulse tube refrigerator with working temperature 60 K. The phase modulation mechanism of different combinations were experimentally studied, and the optimal phase modulation method of the pulse tube refrigerator was obtained. The filling mode of the screen in the regenerator was studied, and the filling mode of regenerator screen in the 60 K refrigerator . When the input power is 250 W and the temperature of the hot end is 310 K, the chiller can obtain a cooling capacity of 5.71 W at 60 K with a relative Carnot efficiency of 9.52%.
