目的:建立尿碘的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法:尿样经1%硝酸稀释20倍,用115In作内标,采用氦碰撞反应模式,直接进样ICP-MS法测定。结果:样品加标的回收率为92.0%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~1.3%,方法检出限为1.0μg/L。本法结果与WS/T 107-2006砷铈催化分光光度法结果相比,无显著性差异,对标准物质进行了分析,结果令人满意。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以应用于大批量尿样中碘的日常检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of urinary iodine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods: Urine samples were diluted 20 times with 1% nitric acid, using 115In as internal standard, using helium collision reaction mode and direct injection ICP-MS method. Results: The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 92.0% to 99.8% with relative standard deviations of 0.7% -1.3%. The detection limit was 1.0 μg / L. The results of this method and WS / T 107-2006 arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry results compared to no significant difference in the standard material was analyzed, the results were satisfactory. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and can be applied to the daily detection of iodine in high-volume urine samples.
