随着石化企业的精细化管理的不断深入,对石化工程建设项目的实施工作提出了新的更高要求。文章结合石化工程管理的实际,从立足岗位转变观念、完善各种规章制度、细化项目投资管理,落实投资控制责任制、加强工程建设的效能监察、落实建管费用控制责任、优化投资管理,提高投资回报、安全管理、质量管理等八个方面对实行精细化管理的措施进行了初步探讨。
