东风4型机车在我段运用以来,曾多次因接触器YC、YRC不能可靠工作,使1—2RY电阻长时间通过大电流而严重发热烧损,并进而引起其它电气线路的损坏,造成机破、临修、火灾等事故。空压机的控制电路如图1所示。造成接触器YC和YRC不可靠工作的原因有:接触器YC、YRC的线圈烧损、YC辅触头脱落或接触不良、YC主触头卡住、时间继电器2SJ不能正常工作等。特别是YC辅触头脱落或接触不良情况是比较常见的。
