章太炎的老学研究,随着时代、时局、社会活动、信仰、学问的变化,经历了一个变动过程,大体趋向是:从批判老学到表彰老学;从以学习西方和西学视觉解读老学走向以本土文化内在演化与文化民族主义视角解读老学;从老学与政治融合走向老学与道德融合;从老学与佛学会通走向老学与儒学会通。章太炎的老学之变,不只是个人学术的内在变化,更反映了近代中国学术与社会的敏感互动。
Zhang Tai-yan’s study on his studies has undergone a process of change with the changes of the times, the current situation, social activities, beliefs and learning. The general tendency is: from criticizing the old school to commending the old school; from reading the old Learning from the Perspective of Inner-cultural Localization and Cultural Nationalism; Learning from Lao-xue and Politics to Fusion of Lao-xue and Morality; From Lao-xue to Buddhism to Lao-xue and Confucianism. Zhang Taiyan’s change of the old school not only reflected the internal changes of individual academic, but also reflected the sensitive interaction between academic and social development in modern China.
