目的:提高治疗卵巢癌的疗效,探讨新的肿瘤生物治疗方法。方法:提取卵巢癌细胞可溶性抗原,用此抗原作细胞免疫体外实验。结果:用卵巢癌可溶性抗原和抗CD3单抗体外诱导产生了具有肿瘤选择性的细胞毒性T细胞,这种细胞体外增殖快,对抗原来源的肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤作用,细胞表型分析CD8+细胞占90%以上。结论;建立了一种新的肿瘤生物治疗方法,并为肿瘤生物治疗和肿瘤疫苗的研制提供了实验基础。
Objective: To improve the efficacy of treatment of ovarian cancer, explore new methods of tumor biological treatment. Methods: The soluble antigens of ovarian cancer cells were extracted and the antigens were used as the cellular immunity in vitro experiments. RESULTS: Tumor-selective cytotoxic T cells were induced by ovarian cancer soluble antigens and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibodies in vitro. The cells were rapidly proliferated in vitro and selectively killed tumor cells of antigen origin. The phenotypes of CD8 + More than 90% of cells. Conclusion; A new method of tumor biological therapy was established, which provided the experimental basis for the development of tumor biological therapy and tumor vaccine.
