一台S430履带式挖掘机的导向轮因密封损坏,润滑油漏完,导向轮长期处在干摩擦的状态下工作,导致导向轮轴、轮芯及连接体端面严重磨损而无法正常使用。该机导向轮原结构如图1所示。其支承型式采用间隙配合的双金属轴套1的结构,两侧密封为特殊浮动油封3。采用齿轮油润滑。导向轮因长期缺油,浮动油封已磨破脱落,双金属轴套与轮芯2被咬合成一体而无法拆出,轮轴5的径向磨损已近1/3。
The guide wheel of an S430 crawler excavator was damaged due to the seal, the oil was leaked, and the guide wheel was working under dry friction for a long time. As a result, the guide wheel shaft, wheel core, and end face of the connecting body were severely worn and could not be used normally. The machine guide wheel original structure shown in Figure 1. The support type adopts the structure of the clearance-fit bimetal bushing 1, and the two sides are sealed with a special floating oil seal 3. Use gear oil lubrication. Due to the long-term lack of oil in the guide wheel, the floating oil seal has been worn out, the bimetal bushing and the wheel core 2 have been bitten together and cannot be removed, and the radial wear of the wheel axle 5 is nearly 1/3.
