目的 探讨诊治开放性踝关节骨折脱位的方法及效果;方法 对2009年1月至2011年1月我院收治的开放性踝关节骨折脱位患者40例的临床资料进行回顾性分析;结果 优27例,良8例,中4例,差1例,总优良率为82%;结论 在开放性踝关节受损的后期,需要进行严格的固定和骨折解剖复位.
