南京纬三路过江隧道处于高水压、软弱地层等情况下,火灾可能导致隧道衬砌及密封防水失效,使得隧道发生渗漏、涌水,对隧道造成毁灭性的灾害。采用有限元数值方法,对施工条件下、正常运营条件下无防护措施和有防护措施3种情况的衬砌管片进行火灾数值模拟。分析结果表明:施工状态下,止水带附近的温度在60℃以下,止水带处于安全状态;运营条件下,当无防火措施发生2 h火灾时,内侧止水带附近的最高温度接近300℃,止水带会被烧焦破坏;当有30 mm防火板保护发生2 h火灾时,止水带的最高温度保持在100℃之内,止水带安全。计算结果还表明,20 mm厚的防火板材在1 h的较大火灾的情况下能够保证结构的安全和止水带的安全,而30 mm厚的防火板能够在2 h的较大火情下保证结构的安全和止水带的安全。
Nanjing Weisan Road cross-river tunnel in the high water pressure, weak formations and other circumstances, the fire may lead to the tunnel lining and sealing waterproof failure, making the tunnel leakage, water gushing, causing devastating disaster on the tunnel. The finite element numerical method was used to simulate the fire of the lining segment under construction conditions, without protective measures and with protective measures under normal operating conditions. The analysis results show that under the condition of construction, the temperature near the water stop is below 60 ℃ and the water stop is in a safe state. Under the condition of operation, when the fire without 2-h fire occurs, the maximum temperature near the inside water stop approaches to 300 ℃, the water stop will be scorched and destroyed; when 30 mm fire board protection occurs 2 h fire, the maximum temperature of the water stop is maintained within 100 ℃, the water stop is safe. The results also show that the 20 mm thick fire panel ensures structural safety and water stop safety with a 1 h fire and the 30 mm thick fire panel can withstand a large fire of 2 h Structural safety and water stop safety.
