由于多级泵站是一个包括各级泵站及泵站内各个水泵的复杂系统, 系统内一个单元改变性能就会对系统产生影响. 因此, 本文采用单元化方法将多级泵站系统单元化, 再把泵站按水泵划分成子单元, 引入水泵老化评价指标, 建立了多级泵站水泵老化矩阵分析模型, 并对甘肃景泰川高扬程提水灌区多级水泵系统进行了分析, 提出了同级泵站水泵老化的排序和不同泵站的老化排序方法.
Because multistage pumping station is a complex system including pumping stations at all levels and each pumping station in the pumping station, changing the performance of one unit in the system will affect the system. Therefore, in this paper, the unitized method is used to unitize the multistage pump station system. Then the pump station is divided into subunits according to the pump. The evaluation index of the aging of the pump is introduced. The analysis model of the pump aging matrix of the multistage pump station is established. The analysis of the multi-stage pump system in head lift water-pumping irrigation area put forward the ranking of the pump aging at the same level and the aging sorting method of different pumping stations.
