中国台湾推动华语教学时间已有五十年之久亦颇具成效,然培训方式的不确定与教师认证制度的缺乏,使得华语教师迟迟未能具备专业形象。目前台湾华语师资培育渠道可分为两种,其一为短期师资培训班;其二为学制内的系所,而以前者为大宗。近年来,有关部门为提升教师专业素质,鼓励大专院校成立与华语相关的系所。师资培养方式正逐渐由短期师资培训方式向学制内专业系所培育转型。
It has been quite effective for Taiwan to promote Chinese teaching for more than 50 years. However, due to the lack of training methods and the lack of a teacher certification system, Chinese teachers have yet to achieve a professional image. At present, there are two types of training channels for Chinese teachers in Taiwan: one is a short-term teacher training course; the other is a department within the school system, while the former is a large one. In recent years, relevant departments have encouraged higher education institutions to set up departments related to Chinese in order to enhance their professional qualities. The teacher training mode is gradually being transformed from short-term teacher training to professional training within the school system.
