目的:介绍“7S”管理在外科重症医学科仪器设备管理中的应用。方法:全科参与仪器设备管理问题的寻找,然后进行常整理、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律、常节约、常安全。结果:“7S”管理使全员参与管理的意识增强,设备仪器管理落实到人,解决了仪器设备管理中存在的问题,自觉维护,提高了工作效率。结论:对外科重症医学科的仪器设备进行“7S”管理,可提高护理工作质量和效率,为抢救患者生命赢得更加宝贵的时间,有效降低了护理安全风险,有效降低了科室成本。
Objective: To introduce the application of “7S ” management in the equipment management of surgical critical medical subjects. Methods: General subjects involved in the management of equipment and equipment to find the problem, and then regular finishing, often reorganization, often clean, regular, often self-discipline, often saving, often safe. Results: “7S ” management to make full sense of participation in management increased, equipment and equipment management implemented to people, to solve the problems in equipment and management, and consciously safeguard and improve work efficiency.
