Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies. The blood supply of lung cancer is mainly from the bronchial arteries. The efficacy of intrabronchial arterial infusion of anti-cancer drugs (BAI) in the treatment of advanced lung cancer has been affirmed and has become one of the indispensable and effective measures for the treatment of lung cancer [1]. In this hospital from June 1996 to June 1998, 32 patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with selective bronchial arterial irritation.
