采用叶蜡石协效提高聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS)/磷酸蜜胺盐(MP)复合材料体系的阻燃性能,通过力学性能测试、极限氧指数测试、垂直燃烧实验、热重分析、熔体流动速率测试、扫描电镜分析以及动态频率扫描测试,研究叶蜡石对PET/ABS/MP复合材料性能的影响.实验结果表明,加入适量的叶蜡石可在一定程度上提高复合体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率;当叶蜡石质量分数为4%时,其与MP协效阻燃性能最好,残炭率最高;体系的储能模量(G’)与损耗模量(G″)随叶蜡石增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势.
The pyrophyllite synergistic effect was used to improve the flame retardancy of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) / acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer (ABS) / melamine phosphate (MP) The effects of pyrophyllite on the properties of PET / ABS / MP composites were studied by means of mechanical property test, limiting oxygen index test, vertical burning test, thermogravimetric analysis, melt flow rate test, scanning electron microscopy analysis and dynamic frequency scanning test. The results showed that the addition of the appropriate amount of pyrophyllite can improve the tensile strength, flexural strength, notched impact strength and melt flow rate of the composite system to a certain extent. When the pyrophyllite content is 4% The best flame retardancy and the highest residual char yield were obtained. The storage modulus (G ’) and loss modulus (G’ ’) of the system first decreased and then increased with the increase of pyrophyllite.
