提出了一种适合肼类推进剂航空运输的复合加强型推进剂包装容器设计,包装容器采用多层复合结构,满足了高结构强度、轻量化、有效隔热、泄漏应急处理等要求。开展了跌落试验和火焰灼烧试验,结果表明,包装容器可用于少量液体推进剂的包装防护,可有效提高对泄漏、跌落、灼烧等危险因素的防护能力,提高了液体推进剂在贮存和运输过程中的安全性和可靠性,满足危险品航空运输安全要求。
A kind of composite reinforced propellant packaging container for air transport of hydrazine propellants is proposed. The packaging container adopts multi-layer composite structure to meet the requirements of high structural strength, light weight, effective heat insulation and leakage emergency treatment. The drop test and flame burning test were carried out. The results show that the packaging container can be used for packaging protection of a small amount of liquid propellant, which can effectively improve the protection against the risk factors of leakage, drop, burning and the like, The safety and reliability of the transport process to meet the safety requirements of air transport of dangerous goods.
