本文系统总结了我国港航企业走出去的四大动因,研究提出了港航企业走出去的五大模式,在坚持差异性、联盟化、安全性、营利性四个原则的基础上,考虑各种模式需要的客观条件,研究提出不同港航企业走出去的路径选择、目标区域及重点,并给出相关政策建议。 This paper systematically summarizes the four major reasons why China’s shipping companies go global, and studies and proposes five major modes for Chinese shipping companies to go global. On the basis of adhering to the four principles of differentiation, coalition, safety and profitability, Model needs of the objective conditions, research proposed different routes to go out of the port business route, the target area and focus, and gives the relevant policy recommendations.
